We are family owned and operated and have an on-site manager. The unit is conveniently located within the USC DPS patrol area, across the street from the USC Tram stop, and walking distance to the University Village and campus entrance on Jefferson Blvd. We are located one block west of Hoover (the main street to the center of campus and the village) at 28th Street (one block west of the Greek Row) and 2 blocks north of the Jefferson campus entry gate. The unit is available for virtual or in-person tours. One year lease. Landlord pays for water, hot water, trash, sewage, and Internet. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. No smoking on-site. No pets allowed.
