Downstairs, you'll find Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom. Common areas downstairs include a game room, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and pool area. Bedroom 3 has a full-size and a twin-size bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 4, which has a bunk bed (full & twin).
