The resort amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, community fitness center, splash park features like a lazy river, splash pad and water slides, a full-service restaurant and bar, a beach volleyball court, mini golf, canoe and kayak rentals, and basketball. Transportation is offered to The Hideaway Club. Pool heating is available for an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, billed separately. Pets are allowed with a fee of $150 per pet per stay.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Events and parties are not allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
