It also includes a bunk room with three Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and a big-screen TV, a half bath, and two King bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and backyard access. The second floor boasts a living and dining space with a wrap-around balcony offering astonishing beach views, a gas fireplace, a big-screen Smart TV, and two dining tables. The fully stocked kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances like a toaster oven, blender, and hand mixer, a coffee bar area with a standard coffee pot and Keurig, and a pantry. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also located here. Additionally, there's a full bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two Queen beds and a Smart TV, and a King bedroom with an attached bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and shower. The third floor includes a bunk room with Twin bunk beds and a TV, a bedroom with a King bed, an attached bathroom with a shower and tub combo, and a Smart TV. SunBelievable is just 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. It's also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify before booking as additional requirements apply, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at check-in for a refundable security deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. The spillover spa section connected to the pool is a decorative water feature and not a separate hot tub; it cannot be heated independently. Pool heating for the entire pool is available for an additional fee. Tampering with the pool heater/temperature of the pool will result in a full charge of your entire security deposit. Golf cart use is not included with your stay and guests must be 25 years or older to operate it. No pets permitted in the pool. No jumping from balcony into pool. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation. All issues or damage must be reported immediately.
