This is a one bedroom apartment located at 2907 NE 52nd St. It is in a residential neighborhood just north of the University Village, 1 block from the Burke Gilman trail, and a short walk to the village, the U of W campus and Children's Hospital. The U of W / Montlake light rail station is an easy, flat bike ride less than a mile and a half away. The vacancy is #304, which is a top floor, corner unit. The building itself was built in the late fifties (midcentury modern, like me!) and has a total of 11 units on three floors. There is a resident manager on the premises. Apartment 304 has its own outside entrance, and there is also a large slider opening onto a shared deck area off the living room. Most windows are south facing and provide plenty of natural light and a limited territorial view. The unit is relatively large for one bedroom apartments in this neighborhood, with an accurately measured 560 square feet of space. It features energy efficient double pane windows and plenty of closet space. Other than the double pane windows, there are no significant upgrades, although everything is very well maintained. Reserved, off street parking, guest parking and water, sewer and garbage utilities are all INCLUDED in the rent. There are coin-op laundry facilities and additional storage spaces on the premises. Both the building and the neighborhood are very quiet. We don't accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. However we also do not charge for application submittal or our initial phase of screening. A credit check fee of $15 per person is requested only after all non-credit related screening indicates that the applicant qualifies for the tenancy providing our credit screening criteria are met. Please contact us for a link to our complete screening criteria. There is no smoking in the building or on the property. The unit will be available mid November. The building is occupied by quiet, mature working people and graduate students. It is owner managed and there is also a resident manager on site. Thanks for reading our ad!
