Living & Kitchen: The comfortable living area includes a full-sized sofa and two accent chairs, creating a welcoming space to relax. The dining area comfortably seats four. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday living and includes: - Full-size refrigerator - Toaster - Coffee maker - Dishes and glassware - Utensils - Pots, pans, and cooking essentials Heating & Cooling: The cottage is equipped with baseboard heating throughout, along with a wall-mounted mini-split heating and cooling system. The mini-split provides efficient supplemental heat during the colder months and air conditioning for those occasional warm or humid Maine days. Bathroom & Laundry: The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The entry/mudroom provides additional convenience with a closet and a full-size washer and dryer.
