You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. For rental, it's $750 a month. Need first month rent, last month rent plus one month security deposit before moving in. Alternatively, the home can be owned via a "Rent Credit Program" where you put down $2,400 down and pay $375 a month for 5 years (Lot rent additional $300 per month). You will be able to redeem the home after you complete the program. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. 2 pets maximum. One time $250 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee per pet. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. Maximum pet weight limit is 25lbs.
