Room for rent is in an upstairs 2-bedroom, furnished, 1-shared bath unit in a quiet, well-maintained 4plex. The master bedroom is occupied by a male (family member of landlords), and the guest bedroom is available for rent. Guest bedroom has a bed, desk, and features a generous closet.

- Kitchen with essential appliances (coffee maker, toaster, air fryer) and designated cabinet space.
- Bathroom with personal cabinet storage.
- Outdoor community shed with private locker (perfect for winter tires or a bike to explore the nearby coastal trail).
