The main cottage has a a large living area with a separate work space for an office if you do some work-for-home. There's a living room with sectional seating, and a dining room with table and four chairs. The bedroom has a four-poster queen-size bed, with a deep walk-in closet. And the bathroom is off the bedroom, with a shower over the tub. The kitchen is simple but well-stocked for light cooking. There's a microwave, fridge, farm sink as well as lots of utensils and enough dishes for two. There's a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The laundry in the garage is shared with the studio cottage in the back (has a separate entrance). This cottage would work well for one or two people, and is pet-friendly. Our pet fee rate ($100/pet/mo) (1 med or 2 small dogs are ok, but check first for a cat). We furnished with care (some local rentals can be a mish-mash of things). There's a TV and wifi for you to watch your favorite shows with your streaming subscriptions. There's no dishwasher. We are not set up to do tours. We are set up to rent to nurses and other traveling medical professionals who travel for 2-1/2 months at a time. We are within a 1/2 mile of St. Joes Providence and Eureka's medical area as well as regional medical centers. We are not set up for extended stays. We require a rental application (through Zillow) and ask for references.
