It's that kinda neighborhood. Bricked streets, big trees, craftsman bungalows everywhere, park, arts community, coffee shops you can walk to. You'll start lyin' to yourself about needin' a car. Got a neighbor named Jim whose whole personality is the meats he smokes. That's his thing. You'll smell brisket on a Tuesday and just know. The unit's got this retro vibe goin' on.
