We do ask for income to rent ratio to be no more than 35% of your income goes to rent, if an applicant has no credit history or very poor credit, we do require a cosigner. If that clears, then a deposit of $800 is required to ensure the apartment is reserved. After income verification, I will send over a lease via DocuSign. We allow pets, there is a pet fee of $350, nonrefundable, and then $15 a month. The rental price includes Water, Sewer, Garbage, and WIFI internet. This building also includes a furnished rooftop balcony. This unit does includeONE reserved parking space in the secured underground parking garage. This is a very safe building.
