Floor plan is shown on attached image, unit available is unit #4 (unit is on right when facing front of building). Cooling via two window units, heat via portable electric heaters. Unit has door to private deck. Laundry room is on-site, free to tenants. Onsite parking is provided in the back. Pet deposit is $300 (non-refundable). Online background check fee is paid by tenant and is credited toward first months rent if approved. Applicant must have a clean criminal background and credit history. 12 month lease required. ONE small dog or cat allowed (under 25 pounds). No smoking allowed. Owner pays for Water, Sewer, Gas and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays for electricity, cable and internet service.
