Security Deposit Alternative Qualification Requirements Qualified applicants may move in with less upfront cost by paying a non-refundable fee equal to 5% of one month's rent instead of a full security deposit. Collections: No non-medical collections; no collections from a previous landlord or utility company. This optional program does not cover damages tenants remain fully responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
