There is an additional entry closet that also has overhead storage. Upon entering the apartment you are at the nexus of the apartment where the entry closet, tiled bathroom and kitchen meet. Just past the kitchen to the rear of the building is the smaller bedroom overlooking south that can fit a full sized bed and dresser/desk. Both this bedroom and the kitchen have lovely exposed brick giving you some apartment charm. Past the entry closet and kitchen is the spacious living and dining area that measures about 8'8" by 20 feet offering flexibility on how to configure your entertaining space. Just past the living area are double glass french doors that lead to the larger bedroom. This room gets amazing light with its two windows overlooking Prospect Avenue. It can easily fit a queen sized bed and additional furniture. This apartment is cat friendly only. Laundromat is at 7th Avenue and Prospect Avenue, about a block away.
