One bedroom has a California King with its own bathroom . Second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen size Murphy bed in living area. Both bedrooms have their own TV. Dishes and all cookware is included. The monthly rent reflects the location of The Iron Horse and all the amenities. Walk right to hiking trails , the Winter Park Village or Old Town. There is one indoor parking space and one parking space outside on the property-most of the time in front of condo. I am looking for a minimum of 5 month lease to a year lease . This would be a great opportunity for those that love the outdoors,walking into the Winter Park Village and you can easily work from the condo.
