Check-in is via self-check-in with a keypad for a completely contactless experience. Guests are asked to remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows must be locked before leaving the home. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants are allowed on premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside; noise complaints constitute a violation. Pets must be on leash when in the front yard and in the neighborhood.
