This is a nice apartment which has great light, and nice hardwood floors. Heat and hot water are included with the rent There is laundry in the building. The kitchen is eat in and even has a dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and tiled. There is pretty good closet space as well. The apartment also has a nice living room and a small back porch to hang out on after a long day at the office. Small pets, including dogs, are ok with the owner. There is no broker fee. Parking spots are available for $250 per month. Please call or e-mail to see this or other units. Owner pays for heat and hot water. Tenants pay for cooking gas and electricity
