Our building is located in Audubon Park, across the street from the Audubon Country Club, with easy access to 264 and 65 via Preston Hwy. We are owner occupiers who are looking for a neighbor not just a tenant. Unit #3 is on the second floor with direct access to the backyard. It's a spacious two bedroom and one bathroom unit that's just over 1200 sq feet, with central air and an electric stove. The hardwood floors are original from 1938, and the kitchen has just been updated with new quartz countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring, and a new undermount sink. The bathroom has been completely renovated, with new tile, bath, vanity, and fixtures. Water and trash is included in the rent, tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The unit has an onsite washer and dryer as well - not just hookups! We are looking to rent it out by approximately July 1st for $1350/month. Our JCPS resides schools for elementary are Camp Taylor, Bloom and Shelby, middle school is Highland and high school is Atherton (what is posted on Zillow is incorrect). Renter is responsible for gas and electric; water and trash pickup are included in the rent. No smoking indoors. Parking is available on site. We live in the building and are pet friendly, but would want to learn more about the pets before deciding if the space is the right fit. Nonrefundable pet deposit required. The lease is for 12 months, and there are no leasing or application fees.
