There is shared coin operated laundry in the building. No storage outside of the apartment. No parking provided. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. Monthly fees for waste removal, gas and water. Tenant also pays for monthly metered electric usage and provides their own ISP. Apartment is in four unit Victorian building occupied by owner and two other working professionals. No partyers please, respect noise level and not disturbing the peace of your neighbors and fellow tenants. If you are looking for a home to blast music, video games, or TV's then this is not your ideal living situation. Please email the owner for viewing. Apartment size is best for single people, not ideal for couples or roommates.
