The original mud adobe structure has undergone several renovations over the years. The home now covers 2,286 square feet with three covered porches, two master suites, and a kitchen, along with a living room, dining room and library/office, each having a fireplace. There is also an Arizona room, with a cast iron, wood burning stove. The backyard is fully enclosed with a pool and an outdoor shower as well as access to the Talavera tiled bathroom with an ocotillo ribbed ceiling. The master suite has a tin ceiling with an enclosed, private garden area. There are Saltillo and porcelain tiled floors throughout the home. Appliances include a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, along with a washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is central A/C and gas heat on the roof. There is a $2000 security deposit.
