Utilities are split between the units per square footage of each room/unit. Garage Parking is available at $125 per month (first-come-first-serve) or free street parking. Common Area Kitchen, Laundry, and Upstairs shall be shared by the tenants. Tenants are to abide by all of the house rules which shall be part of the tenant's lease. Monthly cleaning of the property is mandatory and a cleaning bill will be placed on the tenant's ledger split between the unit/room square footage.
