Building Amenities: Laundry in building, well-maintained side yard, bike storage & security system with cameras.
Utilities: Water and trash included. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas.
Public Transit: Southport Brown Line is just a minute walk away! The Addison Red Line, Ashland (9), Addison (152), and Clark (22) buses are all nearby as well.
Parking: Street parking is very easy, but needs a 383 zone sticker overnight (6pm-6am).
Nearby: Walk to Whole Foods and Jewel in 5 minutes, and enjoy all the shopping, great dining, cafes, boutiques, and entertainment along Southport Corridor and Wrigleyville - while still enjoying the peace and quiet on a calm side street.
I will definitely miss this apartment! It gets a TON of sunlight thanks to all the south facing windows and the building's side yard. It was fully rehabbed just a few years ago and was freshly painted when I moved in; everything is in great condition. It's also on a beautiful, quiet side street in one of the best neighborhoods of the city. The building is very quiet with 6 total units, each with young professionals that are all very friendly and great neighbors.
