Alterations and Modifications No alterations, additions, or modifications to the property are permitted without prior written approval from Property Management (PM). 2. Occupancy and Pets No additional occupants or pets are permitted to reside at the property without prior written approval from PM. Unauthorized occupants or animals will constitute a lease violation. 3. Utility Charges Multifamily Properties Tenants residing in multifamily properties are responsible for a monthly utility charge of $50.00 for water, trash, and sewer services. 4. Utility Billing Single-Family Properties For single-family homes, PM will provide the Tenant with the monthly DPU bill, which shall be paid in full by the Tenant upon receipt. 5. Pet Waste Removal Tenants with approved pets are responsible for promptly cleaning up and properly disposing of all pet waste.
