I'm looking to sublet my room for the summer term (May-Sept), and you can take over the lease indefinitely after Sept. if desired. I have a roomate looking to move out as well, so 2 bedrooms are available. Rent is $1000/month - all utilites, wifi and laundry included. It's in a 3bed/1bath basement suite near Dunbar and 28th ave; lots of restaurants, grocers, parks, library etc. nearby, and 20-25min transit to UBC (perfect for students). The room will come furnished with the bed and bedside table, as well as the couch and TV in the living room (and washer, drier and kitchen appliances). *No pets, no smoking, not wheelchair accessible.
