This super comfortable fully furnished and stocked home is in an amazing location. Right on the Animas River Trail, walking distance to stores and restaurants and just 25 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. The Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train passes right by the house. The lower level has a large living room, powder room, washer and dryer, office space, dining and kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a large deck with views of the Animas River. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed. The master bathroom has a shower and a jetted tub. There is a covered deck off the master bedroom with a view of the Animas River.
Gas, electric, water, trash and internet are included. The house is available from Dec. 3rd through March 3rd. We would prefer to rent for the three months but will do one month.
