The Open Application Period for this property begins on 7/4/2023 at 8:00 am PST which is at least 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted. We accept applications through Zillow and Zillow charges applicants a one-time fee of $35 that covers the service, including the credit and background checks. If there is a couple or a group applying together, each person over 18 needs to pay the $35 fee.
