We have a recently completed the improvements on the 2nd floor 3-bedroom apartment which will be ready for occupancy as of September 5, 2026. The renovations include the following: the entire kitchen has been renovated which includes new cabinets, appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher), flooring as well as the inclusion of a garbage disposal. There are all new windows and interior doors in the apartment. The hardwood floors in the bedrooms, living room and dining room have been refinished. The is a laundry / storge room the apartment which contains a washing machine and clothes dryer which are provided by the landlord. The entire apartment has been painted. Included in the rent are the heat (the heating system has been upgraded), hot water and off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The existing tenants are working professionals who enjoy a quiet and safe building to come home too. The building is non-smoking. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained. A 12-month lease is required. Up to 2 cats are allowed, there is a $50.00 per cat / per month fee which is non-refundable. There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars.
