The Main house pays for gas, water, electricity, and trash (recycle, compost, and trash.) House cleaning is included, every other week, cleaners have keys to the house, and lock up afterward.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside the house. Parking is off the street and there is a walkway to the apartment with steps.
The main house has 3 dogs and 3 chickens in their fenced area, there is a gate that stays closed connecting Dwelling's small patio and the Main backyard. Vegetable garden access to the Main dwelling is by the Dwelling Seating area. No pets allowed in Garden Level dwelling.

Renters to get $300k renters liability insurance plus additional for their personal property.
Viewings are offered after the application has been filled out. The rental is for 6 months or more, the renter will deposit the rent at the beginning of the month. A required security deposit in the amount of a month's rent at the time of signing the contract through direct deposit for incidentals will be collected. The contract would be signed after providing proof of Renters insurance and Personal property insurance.
The Dwelling's fenced area is the responsibility of the renter to keep clean and free of debris. In winter the renter would remove the snow in the Dwelling fenced area. The Main house will be in charge of the upkeeping of the snow removal on the walkway to the street and keep it tidy and free of debris.
