No smoking indoors. Renter pays all utilities. There will be a $25 per month per pet fee. Renter is also responsible in keeping the front and back yard clean (I.e. pet waste, trash, weeds, etc). Tenant can park cars on the street side or the fenced back yard. Landlord will supply AC filter monthly, tenant is responsible to swap it out monthly.
