Orlando is just over an hour away, making a day trip to theme parks feasible, and historic St. Augustine is also an hour away.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events are permitted in the unit.
