COMFY ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IN ROCK CREEK PARK. We are looking to rent our lovely one-bedroom condo located in the 3883 Connecticut Avenue building, a modern, full-amenity condo building with 24-hour doorman and concierge service. The apartment, including a good sized walk-in closet and private balcony, is 597 sq. feet. It comes with personal parking space in covered garage underneath building. The building is a very low density space, with an average of less than 20 units per floor spread out over 8 floors. The apartment is in the heart of DC but you will still enjoy peace and quiet in a home that is only a few minutes walk from Rock Creek Park. It is also two blocks from the Cleveland Park Metro with a dozen shops, restaurants, and grocery stores right around the corner. The condo features modern updates: a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oven/stove, microwave, quartz countertops; slate tile floors and real hardwood floors; a separate washer and dryer unit; separate heating, air conditioning and hot water heater units; and a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. It also comes partially furnished with an Article bed frame, queen bed, arched bookshelf, and mounted 50-inch TV. The apartment also comes with a parking space in the building's private, underground garage -- a big plus in D.C. It also has a private guest parking in front of the building. And speaking of perks, the condo has its own large private and quiet roof deck with a pool, including all of the amenities you'd hope for, including private/distanced lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and bbq grills. In addition, there is a private gym, and a large business center that can be reserved for resident use. Free printing is also available. It's also a very pet friendly building. We will accept cats and small dogs under 40 pounds. Please send us an email and we'd be happy to arrange a time for you to come by and see the place. We're looking to start renting in early January. Lease for one or multiple years. We're looking for a long-term tenant. Renter is responsible for all utilities. The building requires a move in and move out fee. They are both refundable. The lease is for a minimum of 12 months. We are open to longer, multi-year leases and would consider a discount on the rent for a lease that is three years or longer.
District law requires that a housing provider state that the housing provider will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.
