With a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other, the suite comfortably accommodates two adults and occasional overnight guests. MONTHLY RATES: We make this FULLY FURNISHED, spacious short-term rental apartment available each year from November 1st (earlier is negotiable) through April 30th (later is negotiable) for any term of one month or more at the all-inclusive rent of $2495/month, dropping to $2395/month on rentals of three months or more and $2295/month on rentals of all six months. Included are all town services (water and sewer, weekly trash and recyclables pick up), all utilities, your own dedicated and password protected high-speed wireless internet service from CenturyLink, HDTV service from Dish Network, and one professional housecleaning per month (required). Once booked and paid, as detailed in the short-term rental agreement we do provide refunds for cancelled dates we are able to re-book, however we recommend guests obtain insurance against losses they may sustain should they need to cancel any part of their reservation. The full amount of the rent for the term selected is payable one-half at time of booking with the balance (including damage deposit) due 30 days prior to check-in. If booked less than 30 days before check-in the full amount of the rent for the term selected is payable at time of booking. IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is designed to meet the needs of those with aversions to allergens, chemicals and other toxic substances as well as air-borne irritants such as smoke, vapor, pet dander, tobacco, cannabis and other allergens and is maintained and marketed to be free of these contaminants. We have invested heavily in building materials, finishes, air filtration, bedding and cleaning products that enable this hard to find aspect of the property. Accordingly, pets, smoking, vaping, and any forms of tobacco or cannabis are not permitted anywhere on the property. To protect the health of guests needing this environment, and our business, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards violations which in addition to immediate eviction without refund will result in damages being incurred by the Primary Occupant for sanitization and remediation.
