* All applicant(s) must provide up to six months of valid proof of income (ex. paystubs, direct deposit notice, award letter, etc.) reflecting current income.
* Rent to Income - Monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent as a measure of affordability, this expectation insures coverage for other budgeted monthly expenses, such as utilities, insurances, car payments, loan payments, food, etc.
* Previous Landlord and Character References are also requested from all applicants
