Comes FULLY FURNISHED, INCLUDES UTILITIES, and everything you need to make for a comfortable stay, just bring your personal items. 12% hotel tax and $125 cleaning fee added for stays less than 6 months. Summer (May 1st to October 31st) rates are $2250 per month, Nov and Dec are $2700 per month and Jan thru April are $3300 per month, with discount for multiple months. We can also do a 12 month lease FURNISHED and with everyday items at $1900 p/m (INCLUDES UTILITIES), starting April 2026. 1 month minimum.
