Descend the back curved additional stairwell to the back of the home where you'll find a back porch and yard. No pets are allowed unless communicated and approved by owner and pet fees are listed within the fee section. Absolutely no smoking and no events/large parties/gatherings are allowed. Absolutely no semi-permanent window AC units are allowed inside home. AC units can be portable, non-draining and are provided by Landlord. A cleaning fee ($200), first month's rent, refundable security deposit, and any pet fees are due upon move-in date. Parking is included and two spots are available in the paved driveway. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. No subletting and only those stated in the lease are permitted to stay long-term at the house or for the duration of the lease.
