You will have the opportunity to live in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Petersen's designed 1921 Hansel-and-Gretel-style bungalow court, his first (and only) architectural project. Step through the secure gate of this property and you are immediately transported back to the quaint streets of his Danish hometown. Petersen was a Denmark native and a muralist in LA for many years who was also a prolific influencer on Historic Downtown LA, he painted a mural at the Rosslyn Hotel, but most of his other works like the original Clifton's mural has been lost.
