Basement apartment with own entrance. Includes a new kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry in the unit. Located on a farm but just 5 minutes to Wegmans. Please do not apply before calling. This property isn't for everyone. Here are some of the downsides: - The utility closet access is via this basement apartment. This means at least 4 times a year either the landlord or property supervisor will need to come in to change the HVAC filter and inspect the water filter. - The oven and microwave are 24" wide instead of the standard 30". The microwave will hold a plate. - The fridge/freezer is apartment sized - We switched out the laundry. The washer dryer is now one of the newer heat pump all in one models This is great in that you don't have to switch loads from washer to dryer. (You can run it when you go to work or overnight). But it does take longer. No smokers. $75 flat fee per month for electricity. No water, sewer, or gas bill. Fauquier County has a free trash site at Lee Hwy and Old Alexandria Pike. (You can also pay for trash pickup). Crypto mining is not permitted (and will result in eviction) on account of a shared electricity meter.
