Updated, third-floor two-bedroom apartment with a bonus room in a quiet Lewiston neighborhood, just one block from Central Maine Medical Center and Sunnyside Park. Recent updates include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and countertop, updated bathroom, and new windows that fill the space with natural light. Limited off-street parking is available, shared with other tenants. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent remains unpaid 15 days after the due date, a $20 late fee applies. A $25 fee applies to returned checks. A security deposit is required and will be returned within 30 days of move-out, less any deductions for unpaid rent, cleaning, or damages beyond normal wear and tear. Tenant is responsible for electricity and hot water; landlord provides and pays for heat, water/sewer, trash removal services and snow removal. The unit is for residential use only by listed occupants; no additional occupants or subleasing are allowed without written landlord approval. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or common areas. Pets are not allowed without prior written approval from the landlord. Tenant must provide at least 30 days' written notice prior to move-out. Landlord entry requires 48 hours' notice except in emergencies. Lease violations may result in termination and eviction.
