There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Events are not allowed. In rainy Blue Ridge, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, however, mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable. Guests are responsible for purchasing mosquito spray. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Trash must be bagged to avoid curious critters getting into it.
