First floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Primary bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second floor has 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. Also, there is a loft with a twin, seating, and large tv. We just updated the bedding through out.
A pool is around the corner at most 300 feet. It's one of 5 pools in the community. Our family room has a vaulted ceiling. The family room has a high end 85 inch tv and sound system. It's like being at the movies. You get two free court times a day for pickle ball / tennis, discounted golf.
