    What's special

Spacious kitchenMudroom from the backyardQuiet tree-lined street
NEWLY RENOVATED! Photos are of old unit so the new renovations are even more amazing than what's pictured!! This is a charming 2-bedroom 1-bath nestled in a quiet tree-lined street in Portland's coveted Munjoy Hill. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home for maximum privacy; Master bedroom faces the backyard and the second bedroom has a view of the street / Observatory Tower. The formal dining room is light and bright and just off from the spacious kitchen. Washer/Dryer is in unit down in a spacious basement where extra storage space is accessible. There is a private entrance for the unit set back at the end of the driveway, a mudroom from the backyard, and smart lock is used. The property is also secured with Google Nest security cameras. The spacious backyard is shared communal space. The location is *unbeatable*: An easy walk to the Eastern Prom (5 mins), Fore St marina (5 mins), the Old Port (12 mins), Washington Avenue (7 mins), East Bayside breweries (12 mins), and minutes from the 295 highway. The Hilltop Suprette, Double Great coffee shop, Low Key, Jiang Yan, Front Room are all within 1-2 blocks away. * Please note that most of the photos are of the unit BEFORE our big renovations! The renovations are still underway hence unable to post "after" photos just yet but the living room was opened up, the kitchen was updated with brand new appliances, and the bathroom was gutted with luxury finishes i.e., marble tiles/flooring/floating marble vanity, etc. The space will be better than the old photos :) *Parking is included onsite. We have a spacious driveway that is shared. *This unit is available as a short-term rental (minimum of 3 months). Available from 11/1 onwards. Open to longer term rental as well but will need to start short-term to assess long term fit. *This unit can come unfurnished or lightly furnished (1 queen bed, dining table, window treatments, etc.). Please note that the decorations/furniture in the photos belong to the previous tenant. *Some utilities are included with the price (wifi, water, sewage, compost) but tenant pays for electricity and oil. We love our furry family but unfortunately, no pets allowed. We will be sharing this space with you (owner's unit upstairs) so no parties or large gatherings allowed unless permission is granted. No smoking or drug use on premises. Violating any of these will warrant immediate termination of lease.
