Some bedrooms will have private bathrooms and some will have shared bathrooms. There's a outdoor patio space in front of the building and a small balcony off the second floor. There's in-house laundry on the main floor. We have fiber internet and cable available at the house (through Xfinity or Quantum). 3 Parking spaces are provided in a private alley side driveway, but these spaces are used by the current tenants.
