No dogs allowed (other than service animals) - Only individuals listed on the lease may reside in the unit. Guests staying longer than 14 consecutive days require written approval. - No alterations, including painting or mounting TVs, are allowed without written permission. Nail holes must be properly patched prior to move out - Early termination is subject to a lease break fee and proper notice as outlined in the lease agreement - Renter's insurance is required throughout the lease term and must include liability coverage. - Tenants must comply with all community rules, noise ordinances, and local laws.
