Heat, water, waste removal and internet are included. The apartment comes with everything you need to call it home; furniture, linens, dishes, etc. It is currently furnished with a queen bed and a hid-a-bed, but adding another bed is no problem. Includes assigned parking space in carport and in-unit washer/dryer. No smoking, small dogs with good references allowed. The yard is fenced. Rental Qualifications - Gross household income of at least 3 times the rent - Good credit or credit we can be comfortable with - Good rental references The gate in the backyard opens to an access road leading down to the Campbell Creek Trail. This paved, multi-use trail is part of the Green Belt, a 30-mile loop around Anchorage, where people can enjoy walking, biking, running or skiing in the winter (the trails get plowed for cross-country skiing!) It really is a luxury to just walk (or bike/ski) out the door and recharge in nature - in the middle of the city. Everything is lush and green in the summer and the neighborhood looks like a winter wonder land between November and March. Providence and Alaska Native hospitals are a 10-minute drive away, or a 20 min bike ride on the Campbell Creek Trail. The airport is a 10 min drive. The Dimond shopping area is only 7 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike. There are a bunch of restaurants and breweries really close by Utilities (except electric) and internet included in the rent. Deposit due at lease signing and first months rent due on move-in date. Since this is a furnished, medium term rental, we do fixed term leases. Minimum of 3 months, up to a year lease. Small dogs are allowed (approx. $20/month pet rent). The unit can fit two people comfortably; additional tenants are allowed with permission and with an additional small fee per person. Tenant has no maintenance responsibilities, but they are more than welcome to use the garden beds or do gardening! No smoking on the property.
