This is a condo on the beach and very nicely decorated. Granite countertops and nice white cabinets in the kitchen . Price includes water and trash. Tenant is responsible for the electric(heat is on electric) and cable/internet. The condo has a queen in the master bedroom and a full/full size bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle in the other room(4 beds total). The condo has central AC/heat and a brand new full size front load washer and dryer. It is located on the first floor, so only one set of stairs to go up. There is one permanent parking spot and two first come first serve spots which are easy to get in the winter months. There is a large back porch with beautiful views of the ocean. I am looking to rent starting November 1, 2026 and can rent as long as March 10(longer than this date will have a higher cost for those days). This is a really nice condo and you will feel right at home in Carolina Beach. I do allow pets for a $35/month fee and also a $300 refundable security deposit. This is actually a 1-4 month lease but can be slightly longer on each end. tenant pays cable/internet, electric.
