It's the perfect place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and people-watching from above on cool evenings. Across the street from cafe and bar "The Old Pinnix." Easily walk along tree-lined streets with antique homes to the Neuse River and downtown restaurants and bars. For traveling nurses our building is 1.2 miles from Carolina East Medical Center. Or to enjoy the beach we are 48 miles to Emerald Isle. Since we now offer only mid and long-term rentals to guests through several platforms we do not use leases. Pay $500 deposit to reserve your dates, then pay the remainder of first month's rent upon move-in. After the first month, pay at the start of each week. If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before arrival, the $500 is refundable. Once you move in, you may extend or shorten your stay with 30-days notice to the owner. As a courtesy to other guests and for fire safety there is no smoking, vaping, candles, flames of any kind, or illegal drug use allowed anywhere on the property. No loud parties, and quiet hours 11pm to 7am daily. Property manager lives on-site for any immediate assistance. External only security cameras and lighting surround the building. Small dogs are allowed with proof of vaccination and must maintain regular flea treatment. Non-refundable $200 pet fee when you move-in for additional cleaning after you leave.
