Once the agreed early termination requirements have been satisfied and possession of the property has been returned to the landlord, the tenant will not be responsible for rent for the remaining original lease term, except for any amounts otherwise permitted under the lease or applicable law. Legally protected termination rights are not affected by this policy. General Conditions The property must be maintained in clean and sanitary condition throughout the tenancy.
