The house is conveniently located near: University of WA (UW), many downtown buses, Seattle Public Library, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Cowen Park, Greenlake and mucho movie theaters. The tenant is expected to care for the property like there own, picking up things that need to be picked up sharing taking the recycling, garbage to the curb, keeping the yard up and making sure they call when anything major needs attending to. In other words a mature and responsible person. The rent is as advertised plus electricity and water/sewer/garbage. The unit has high speed wireless internet included in the rent.
