Centrally located yet tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers easy access to all the Binghamton area has to offer. Multiple grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute drive.
No pets are allowed due to owner allergies, and booking guests will be charged an allergen cleaning fee of $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests outside the reservation number are not permitted on the property; if admitted, a $125 per person fee per entrance will apply. Parties or gatherings of any size outside the number of people in the reservation are not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. Late check-outs before noon will incur a $150 fee, and any late check-out after noon will be charged $250. Members of our team will come to the property on Wednesdays to take outdoor garbage cans to the road, cut the grass, and clear snow. Guests are provided with clean linens and consumables at the beginning of their stay. At check-out, please remove all personal items, place trash and recycling in the proper cans outside, hang wet towels on towel racks, ensure all dishes are clean and put away, turn off all air conditioners and lights, and lock doors. Do not strip bedding. Guests must be 25 years old and agree to all house rules to book. Guests must have 2 prior positive reviews to book. Government-issued ID must be submitted within 1 hour of reservation acceptance to avoid cancellation.
