You'll be walking distance from the beach, pier, Pacific City and over 50 shops & restaurants...such a great little neighborhood with good vibes. You'll fall in love! There's a big balcony and a full kitchen. The apartment can either come fully furnished or empty. There's a tenant living in there currently and she's been in there for a while so the pictures we have are old. The walls are now white and there are hard wood floors.
